Senior Bears

Swimmers in this group are working to achieve Division 1 & 2 time standards as well as those working to improve for the high school season.  The primary focus is on training, skill development, and strength conditioning.  There is no set requirement on the number of practices swimmers in this group must attend, however, their improvement will be based on attendance.  This group will be able to attend Missouri Valley swim meets as well as Tri-State swim meets.
